Our Story

A bakery rooted in
the community

Mint Cafe opened its doors on North Broadway with a simple conviction: that the best bread comes from patience, the best pastries from quality ingredients, and the best coffee from genuine care.

Seven years later, we're still waking up at 4 a.m. to have loaves in the oven before sunrise. Our recipes draw from traditional French and Italian techniques, adapted for the seasons here in Westchester County. When strawberries are local, we make a strawberry tart. When apples are crisp, we bake a galette. The calendar guides the kitchen.
